A few weeks ago, my client was just scrolling Zillow like everyone else - wondering if buying in Chicago was even realistic. Today? We’re walking through his own place in Fulton Market, getting every inch of it checked out before he signs off.
Fulton Market is one of those spots people drive through but don’t think to live in. Tucked just off the main strip, but a 10-minute walk from the West Loop, the Green Line, the highway, and more restaurants than you could eat through in a year. It’s the kind of location that makes people say “wait, how’d you find this?”
